Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups chopped to 1 inch squares bell pepper
  • ½ medium onion, peeled, cut in half, sliced
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 bullion cubes
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup Sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups of rice

  • 1 loaf artisan bread (I like sourdough)
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (I used Sargento 2%)
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 cup of Buffalo Sauce (I used Frank’s)
  • 1 bunch of scallions sliced about an inch into the green
  • 1/4 cup of blue cheese, plus more to sprinkle on top.
