- 1 rotisserie chicken, pulled
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 Celery stalk
- pepper to taste
- pull the chicken off of the bone and toss into a bowl.
- add the chopped avocado and mix it together really well
- add a tablespoon of lime juice (this prevents the avocado from browning)
- add chopped celery stalk and mix well
- season with pepper.
