Egg White Muffins

Ingredients:

  • Egg Whites
  • Shredded cheese
  • red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 chopped onion

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Pour the egg whites into a muffin tin (fill about 2/3 of the way) with the cheese, red pepper flakes and onion.
  3. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until egg is no longer a liquid.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
